How to log in to the ScanHub learning platform, manage your profile and password, and what group leaders vs. learners see on first login.
GUSI’S SCANHUB LEARNING PLATFORM
- To access your course materials, login to GUSI’s scanhub.upscan.com and enter your credentials.
Note: Your username and password are case sensitive, so type them exactly as provided.
Alternatively, you may access the ScanHub portal by visiting the GUSI website at globalultrasoundinstitute.com , clicking on the LOGIN button, and selecting SCANHUB.
- FOR GROUP LEADERS: Upon logging in to the web app, you’ll be directed to your Dashboard. By default, the Individual Progress view is displayed. Please be sure to switch to the Group Progress tab to access and monitor the progress of your assigned group.
- FOR LEARNERS: Upon logging in, you’ll be directed to your Individual Dashboard, which provides an overview of your personal activities and progress.
- Access your materials by heading to the My Courses tab.
GUSI USER PROFILE AND PASSWORD CHANGE
- If you wish to reset your temporary password, click on the user icon in the upper right-hand corner, and select Profile . Usernames cannot be changed, but you can update your own name and password. To update your email, please contact us at support .
- After 5 incorrect login attempts, you will be locked out for 15 minutes. If that happens, please try the reset password function to reset your password and avoid future lockouts.
GUSI GROUP LEADERS: GROUP MANAGEMENT
- The Manage Leaders and Manage Learners functions are now available.
- Group leaders are now able to Invite Members (Learners) . Please note that newly invited accounts remain in Pending status by default. To ensure learners have full and seamless access, kindly contact us at support@globalultrasoundinstiute.com so we can activate their accounts.
FOR ORDERS & SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT
- To purchase courses or manage your subscription, please log in to the GUSI website by clicking on the LOGIN button and selecting ACCOUNT from the dropdown.
