USER LOGIN
Enter a valid username/email and password and click on Login.
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
If you forget your password, click on Forgot Password?
and enter your registered email. You will receive an otp in your email. If you haven’t received anything, please check your spam folder. From the OTP Verify screen, enter the otp. It will then show the Reset Password screen where you will enter your new password.

NEW USER?
If you are a new user, click Register, enter your username, email, password, and promocode if you have one. Then click Sign Up button. You will receive an OTP in your email.
CREATE A NEW SCAN
PURPOSE OF CREATING A NEW SCAN
Creating a new scan in the ScanOne app is intended for uploading medical imaging files (such as ultrasound, CT, or other scan types)
for documentation, review, and possibly remote consultation or education.
This is typically used by clinicians, sonographers, radiologists, or medical trainees who want to:
1. Upload a patient’s scan for review, learning, or documentation. 2.
Select the source of the scan (ScanVault, Camera, Gallery, or Video).
3. Classify the scan under a specific study type (e.g., OB 1st Trim, Gallbladder, Soft Tissue, Lung, etc.).
4. Track the review status (e.g.,“Pending Review”) to monitor workflow or feedback.
STEP 1
TAP ON CREATE SCAN
Tap Create Scan to make a new scan
STEP 2
CHOOSE A STUDY TYPE
Click on any of the options to upload a scan. You may select from ScanVault, Photos/Gallery, Camera and Video. Click Next when done.
STEP 3
SELECT FINDINGS
Select an appropriate findings. You may also enter scan identifier and notes. These fields are optional. When done, click Next then Submit.
A Notification will show to track the progress of the upload.
PENDING SCANS
After submitting, the study will be tagged as pending. You will see all your pending scans at the Pending Scans tag.
REVIEWED SCANS
Displays exams that have been reviewed by you.
SCAN VAULT
1.Click the hamburger icon to show the drawer menu.
2.Click on Scan Vault 3.You may select photos/videos here to be use for creating a study. You may also click upload to upload new ones.
GROUP LEADER
1.Click the hamburger icon to show the drawer menu then click on My Group 2.Click Incomplete Scans to show scans that needs your review.
This menu is not available for Learner/Subscriber 3.Click Completed Scans to show scans that you already reviewed. This menu is not available for Learner/Subscriber
MY COURSES
STEP 1
FIND MY COURSES
Click the hamburger icon to show the drawer menu. and Click Courses
STEP 2
SELECT AVAILABLE COURSES
It will show you available courses you can take as well as the quizzes.
You may also view your answer and see if you got it right or not
DASHBOARD DASHBOARD
1.Click the hamburger icon to show the drawer menu.
2.Click Dashboard 3.It will show you summary of courses you took as well as the scans you’ve submitted and reviewed.
REFER A FRIEND
1.Click the hamburger icon to show the drawer menu.
2.Click Refer a friend 3.This screen will let you share your unique code with other people and they can use it to register.
4.If they use your code during registration, you will receive some points and can be used to convert into a reward
NOTIFICATIONS
1.Click the hamburger icon to show the drawer menu.
2.Click Notifications 3.Open Screenshot 2025-06-26 at 1.43.10AM.png 4.This is where user will receive updates like news and announcement about the app.
FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS
1.Click the hamburger icon to show the drawer menu.
2.Click Feedback and Suggestions 3.Open Screenshot 2025-06-26 at 1.45.13AM.png 4.User can provide feedback about the app in this screen. They’ll also be able to attach image and text to explain their issue or suggestion.
MY PROFILE
1.Click the hamburger icon to show the drawer menu.
2.Click Profile 3.Open Screenshot 2025-06-26 at 1.35.22AM.png 4.It will show your profile details. On this screen, you may change your Firstname, Lastname and Profile Photo. You can also delete your account or change your password.
CHANGE PASSWORD
1.Click Change Password from the Profile Screen.
2.Enter Old Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password.
3.Click Submit to update.
